Carolanne Gardner serves as the Company's Chief Human Resources Officer, Associate General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary.  She has been with FGIC since 1989.  Ms. Gardner has held various positions within the organization and currently serves as FGIC’s Associate General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Human Resources Officer, and FGIC Corporation’s Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary.  Prior to joining FGIC, Ms. Gardner was an attorney at Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon.  She holds a BS degree from St. John’s University, and a JD from Tulane University School of Law.
